### Deine Aufgaben

  • Technische Umsetzung der Planung inkl. Vorbereitung von Leistungsverzeichnissen gemeinsam mit dem Planungsteam
  • Überwachung und Vorbereitung von Baustellen
  • Abstimmung mit den beteiligten Unternehmen, Partnern, Planern und dem Bauherren mit Berücksichtigung von Machbarkeit und Terminplanung
  • Aufmaßerstellung und Berichterstellung für die Projektleitung
  • Koordination der einzelnen Gewerke und Ablaufplanung

### Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur der Fachrichtung Siedlungswasserwirtschaft, Umweltschutztechnik oder Vergleichbar
  • Erweiterte Kenntnisse in der VOB wünschenswert
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Baustellen
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz sowie eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
