Ihre Aufgaben:

Produktion

  • · Organisation und Steuerung der Bauausführung hinsichtlich Kosten, Qualität und Terminen
  • · Koordination der Baumaßnahmen gemäß Baugenehmigung, Plänen sowie technischen Vorschriften
  • · Überwachung der Bauausführung inkl. Klärung offener Punkte mit Planern, Statikern, Geologen, Lieferanten und Fertigteilwerken
  • · Erstellung von Bauzeitenplänen, BLB, Projekt- und Gewerkkalkulationen inkl. Kostenkontrolle
  • · Sicherstellung der Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie Prüfung von Schlussrechnungen und Abschlagszahlungen
  • · Kontrolle, Prüfung und Abnahme aller Bau-, Service- und Dienstleistungen sowie Lieferungen
  • · Mitwirkung bei Bemusterungen sowie bei der Abnahme von Sonder- und Gemeinschaftseigentum und bei ÜbergabenWirtschaft & Verwaltung
  • · Führung des Bautagebuchs sowie Erstellung von Protokollen und eine vollständige Dokumentation in Text und Bild
  • · Zeitgerechte Ermittlung des Materialbedarfs, Materialbeschaffung sowie Überwachung und Disposition von Materiallieferungen und Rücklieferungen
