Wir, die F & P Malerarbeiten GmbH, sind ein Handwerksbetrieb für Fassaden- und Malerarbeiten mit Sitz in 10365 Berlin Lichtenberg.

Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Bauleiter(m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

### Das Arbeitsgebiet umfasst die nachfolgenden Tätigkeiten:

  • die Planung, Einrichtung und Auflösung von Baustellen,
  • die Überwachung und Koordinierung der Arbeitsabläufe auf den Baustellen
  • inklusive Fremdgewerke sowie den Arbeits- und Zeitplänen in Abstimmung
  • Teilnahme Baubesprechungen
  • Aufmaßerstellung / Planung
  • Lesen von Plänen und Zeichnungen
  • Kontakte mit Bauherren
  • Vorbereitung der Abnahme
  • die Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Beseitigung von Mängeln
  • die Kommunikation zwischen der Baustelle, den Auftraggebern und dem Büro
  • Angebots-Erstellung und Kalkulation
  • sicher in Excel, Word, PDF, GAEB-Programm

### Anforderungen:

  • nachweisliche Erfahrung im Bau für Fassaden-, Außenputz-, Innenputz, Maler- Spachtelarbeiten, Trockenbau
  • mind. 3 -5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Führerschein Klasse 3
  • sehr gute deutsch Sprachkenntnisse
  • Arbeitsort sind verschiedene Baustellen in Berlin und Umgebung
