für die Projekt-Standorte: Berlin, Köln, Stuttgart und Frankfurt

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • als Ansprechpartner vor Ort organisieren Sie den Baustellenablauf und nehmen an Baubesprechungen teil
  • Ausstattung der Baustellen mit erforderlichen Einrichtungen z. B. Materialcontainer
  • Koordination und Überwachung der Montagearbeiten auf der Baustelle
  • Disposition der Fenster und Fassaden inkl. Zubehör nach Terminplan
  • Qualitätssicherung und Baustellenkontrolle
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung und Konstruktion
  • Führen der baustellenrelevanten Korrespondenz, Dokumentation
  • Einsatzgebiet: Deutschland

Ihr Profil: Was Sie mitbringen sollten?

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem Handwerksberuf
  • Berufserfahrung im Fassadenbau bzw. Montage
  • Verständnis für Prozesse und Abläufe bei großen Bauprojekten
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbständige, engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres kommunikatives Auftreten
  • Teamgeist, selbständige Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B, Reisebereitschaft
