Aufgabengebiet

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Abwicklung anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte im schlüsselfertigen Hochbau, Wohnungsbau, Gewerbebau oder Schulbau
  • -Erstellung, Überwachung und Optimierung von Bauablaufplänen
  • -Regelmäßige Baustellenkontrollen zur Qualitätssicherung
  • -Koordination von Personal, Nachunternehmern und Materialdisposition
  • -Einsatz moderner Arbeitsweisen wie BIM, LEAN, Last Planner und digitaler Plattformlösungen

Anforderungsprofil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen
  • -Erste Berufserfahrung im Hochbau ist von Vorteil
  • -Selbstständige, teamorientierte und ergebnisfokussierte Arbeitsweise
  • -Hohe Motivation, ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an Verantwortung
