Für unser Team in Neumünster suchen wir zum 01.04.2026 oder etwas später motivierte Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von Bauvorhaben unter Berücksichtigung der bautechnischen und wirtschaftlichen Aspekte
  • Koordination und Prüfung der Nachunternehmerleistungen auf der Baustelle
  • Erster Ansprechpartner aller Projektbeteiligten, Klärung von techn. Details intern sowie mit Kunden
  • Erstellung von Aufmaßen und Abrechnungen
  • Nachtragsgestaltung und -durchsetzung
  • Erstellung von Bauzeitenplänen
  • Koordination von Personal und Nachunternehmern
  • Kontrolle des Bauablaufs und Durchführung der Baustellenergebniskontrolle

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurs oder Abschluss als staatl. geprüfter Techniker wären von Vorteil
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Flexibilität, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Erste Berufserfahren in vergleichbarer Tätigkeit wären wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office sowie in Abrechnungs- und Kalkulationsprogrammen (idealerweise iTWO)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit baurechtlichen Vorschriften
  • Analytischer und ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsstil mit hohem Maß an Selbstständigkeit
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
