Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams mit Büro-Standort in Passau und München suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten und motivierten

### Bauleiter (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Arbeitsvorbereitung von anspruchsvollen Projekten im schlüsselfertigen Wohnungs- und Gewerbebau im Raum München und Niederbayern
  • Selbstständige und weitestgehend eigenverantwortliche Projektabwicklung mit Termin-, Leistungs- und Kostenkontrolle
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Personal, Geräten und Nachunternehmern
  • Ausschreibung von Bauleistungen
  • Mitwirken bei der Vergabe sowie der Planung

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur bzw. Ausbildung zum Techniker, idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung
  • Selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kundenorientiertes, technisches und wirtschaftliches Denken
  • Organisations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
