### Was wir erwarten

  • Organisations-, Koordinations- und Leitungserfahrung im Metall- und Fassadenbau
  • Steuerung von Bauleitung sowie eigenverantwortliche Ablaufkoordination auf der Baustelle
  • Erfahrung als Ansprechpartner/in für Monteure, Bauherren und Architekten über die gesamte Bauphase
  • Überwachung von Montage, Terminen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Mitwirkung bei technischer Ausarbeitung, Planprüfung und Materialbestellung
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau C2

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Organisation, Koordination und Leitung anspruchsvoller Projekte im Metall- und Fassadenbau
  • Eigenständige Steuerung der Bauleitung und Koordination der Abläufe auf der Baustelle
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Monteure, Bauherren, Architekten während der gesamten Projektphase
  • Überwachung der Montage, Termin- und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Mitwirkung bei technischer Ausarbeitung sowie Planprüfung und Materialbeschaffung
