Bauleiter (m/w/d) Garten- und Landschaftsbau (40 Wochenstunden)

  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Ansprechpartner sowie Vertrauensperson für unsere Auftraggeber und Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und dem Montageteam
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Angeboten
  • Regelmäßiger Austausch mit Kunden, telefonieren mit dem Planer, Organisation des Teams und Vorgabe der Marschrichtung sowie Kundentermine vor Ort
  • Planung von Baustellenabläufen und Materialbeschaffung, Personalplanung, Koordination und Abrechnung

Bestandsbewertung / Bestandsaufnahme / Bauzeitenpläne

  • Deine Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Garten- und Landschaftsbau oder Ausbildung zum
  • Gartenbautechniker (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einem CAD-Programm
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, selbstständiges und verantwortungsvolles Denken
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
  • Was wir Dir bieten:
