Aufgabengebiet

  • Eigenständige Bauleitung von Gewerbe- und Büroprojekten
  • -Koordination der Nachunternehmer und eigenen Mitarbeiter
  • -Steuerung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität
  • -Koordination und Überwachung der Bauausführung
  • -Prüfung von Leistungen und Aufmaßen
  • -Durchführung von Baubesprechungen
  • -Nachtragsmanagement und Rechnungsprüfung
  • -Dokumentation des Baufortschritts
  • -Abstimmung mit Projektleitung, Auftraggebern, Planern und Fachingenieuren

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • -Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung, idealerweise im Gewerbe- oder Bürobau
  • -Gute Kenntnisse in den relevanten technischen Regelwerken und der VOB
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • -Durchsetzungsstärke und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • -Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
