## Bauleiter für Malerarbeiten (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Baustellenplanung und Überwachung der auszuführenden Facharbeiten
  • Aufmaßerstellung und Abrechnung der Projekte
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung der Baustellen
  • Personalführung und Disposition
  • Angebots- und Nachtragskalkulation
  • Abnahme und Qualitätskontrolle

Ihr Profil:

  • Malermeister/Techniker/Bauingenieur mit Berufserfahrung
  • einige Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • eigenverantwortlicher, engagierter und motivierter Arbeitsstil
  • PC-Kenntnisse erforderlich (MS-Programme, Bauabrechnung Winworker)
  • selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • team- und kommunikationsfähig, belastbar, flexibel und motiviert
