## Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Unterbauten für Gewerbehallen, Stallungen und landwirtschaftliche Hallen
  • Kontrolle des Bauablaufes mit Einhaltung der Termine, Kosten und Qualität
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung in Zusammenarbeit mit Werkplanung und Statik
  • Abrechnung der Baustellen inkl. notwendigem Schriftverkehr
  • Koordinierung von gewerblichem Personal und Nachunternehmern

## Profil

  • Ausbildung zum Maurer, Betonbauer oder Zimmerer mit Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker oder abgeschlossenem Studium im Bauingenieurwesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter im Hochbau, Betonbau sowie entsprechende Branchenkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und die Bereitschaft, sich in vorhandene Kalkulations-/Abrechnungsprogramme einzuarbeiten
  • Selbständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist
