Wir realisieren regionale Infrastrukturprojekte von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung. Unser Team besteht aus 45 motivierten Mitarbeitern , die gemeinsam höchste Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit liefern.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Leitung und Organisation von Tiefbau- und Glasfaserprojekten
  • Koordination von Baustellen, Personal und Nachunternehmern
  • Überwachung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten
  • Ansprechpartner für Auftraggeber, Behörden und Projektpartner
  • Erstellung von Aufmaßen, Dokumentationen und Abrechnungsunterlagen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Bauablaufs

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bauwesen (z. B. Tiefbau, Straßenbau, Bauingenieurwesen) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter, Polier oder in ähnlicher Funktion wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Tiefbau / Leitungsbau / Glasfaserausbau
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Bau-Software
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
