Wir suchen zum schnellstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n

## Bauleiter (m/w/d) 

für Baustellen überwiegend an Kulturdenkmälern wie Kirchen, Schlösser und Burgen und auch Welterbestätten von nationaler Bedeutung.

  • Qualifikation : vergl. Abschluss: Meister oder Techniker, Dipl. Ing., Dipl. Rest., oder Restaurator im Handwerk, handwerkliche Ausbildung z. B. Maurer wünschenswert aber nicht Voraussetzung
  • Arbeitsfelder : Kontakt zu den ausschreibenden Stellen und Planungsbüros, Angebotserstellung, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Bauleitung, Abrechnung,Nachtragsvereinbarungen
  • Tätigkeitsfeld: Natursteininstandsetzung, Sanierung im Bereich Mauerwerk, historische Putze, Statische Sicherung
  • Vergütung: über Tarif, Firmenwagen, ggf. Unterstützung für die Zweitwohnung
  • Einsatzorte: Büro in 37293 Herleshausen (flexible Arbeitszeiten), teilweise als Homeoffice möglich, Baustellenbetreuung bundesweit
  • Arbeitsbeginn:  umgehend möglich, nach Absprache (Tätigkeit vorab, z.B. in Semesterferien möglich und erwünscht)
