Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben rund um die technische Gebäudeausrüstung (HLSK)
  • Koordination und Überwachung der Gewerke auf der Baustelle
  • Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminverantwortung innerhalb deiner Projekte
  • Ansprechpartner für Fachplaner, ausführende Firmen und interne Projektteams
  • Dokumentation, Abnahmen und Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Projektablaufs

Das bringst du mit:

  • Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, TGA, Gebäudetechnik o. Ä.
  • Praxis in der Bauleitung oder Projektbetreuung von HLSK-Gewerken
  • Technisches Verständnis, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Teamorientierte Haltung und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
