## einen erfahrenen und engagierten Bauleiter (m/w/d) im Hochbau

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Abwicklung anspruchsvoller Hochbauprojekte
  • Koordination und Steuerung von Nachunternehmern und Projektbeteiligten
  • Überwachung von Qualität, Kosten und Terminen
  • Baustellenorganisation, Bauablaufplanung und Dokumentation
  • Aufmaß-, Rechnungsprüfung und Nachtragsmanagement
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitsschutzvorschriften

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen (mindestens Bachelor) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung im Hochbau
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der VOB sowie der einschlägigen technischen Regelwerke
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängiger Bausoftware
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
