Aufgabengebiet

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung von Hochbauprojekten in Hamburg
  • -Koordination und Überwachung von Nachunternehmern, Lieferanten und Fachplanern
  • -Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Termin-, Qualitäts- und Kostenvorgaben
  • -Führung und Koordination der Baustellenteams
  • -Durchführung von Baubesprechungen und Abstimmung mit Bauherren
  • -Kontrolle der Arbeitssicherheit und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften
  • -Erstellung von Bauablaufplänen sowie Dokumentation des Projektfortschritts
  • -Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Nachtragsmanagement

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • -Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung von Hochbauprojekten
  • -Gute Kenntnisse der VOB sowie relevanter Normen und Vorschriften
  • -Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • -Wirtschaftliches Denken und hohe Lösungsorientierung
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Bau- und Projektmanagementsoftware
  • -Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
