### Die ETEF GmbH sucht zur Festeinstellung einen Bauleiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Elektrotechnik am Standort Erfurt.

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von Baustellenaufträgen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung
  • Koordination aller auf der Baustelle durchzuführenden Arbeiten unter Berücksichtigung von Terminen, Qualitätsmanagement und Arbeitssicherheit in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektleiter
  • Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen
  • Koordination von Kollegen, Partnern und Kunden aller Gewerke auf der Baustelle
  • Personalbedarfsplanung und Organisation der zugeordneten Mitarbeiter und gewerblichen Auszubildenden

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Zusatzqualifikation zum Elektromeister von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung von Vorteil sowie Erfahrung in der Personalführung
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Verlässlichkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Freundliches und höfliches Auftreten
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
