Bauleiter im Garten – Landschaftsbau

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung, Organisation und Überwachung von Baustellen (privat, gewerblich & kommunal)
  • Koordination und Führung von Kolonnen (sowie Nachunternehmern)
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Lieferanten und Projektbeteiligte
  • Erstellen von Aufmaßen & Abrechnungsgrundlagen
  • Kalkulation von Ausschreibungsaufträgen
  • Materialdisposition & Geräteeinsatzplanung
  • Dokumentation des Baufortschritts
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Termin- und Kostenvorgaben

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker, Meister oder Ingenieur im Garten- und Landschaftsbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter wünschenswert
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der VOB sowie im Bauvertragswesen
  • Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen & Führungskompetenz
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Software (z. B. MS Office, ggf. Bau-Software)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte & lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • (Mind.) Führerschein Klasse B
