Bauleiter (m/w/d) im Gleisinfrastruktur- und Lärmschutzbau

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Organisation und Koordination von Baustellen
  • Koordination von Mitarbeitern, Maschinen und Material
  • Überwachung und Steuerung der Arbeitsabläufe
  • Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße und termingerechte Ausführung der Arbeiten
  • Einsatz auf Baustellen im Norden und Westen Deutschlands
  • Mitarbeit bei Montageeinsätzen und übertariflichen Auslösungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung in einem einschlägigen Bauberuf
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Freude an der Koordination von Menschen, Maschinen und Material
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft zu Montage- und überregionalen Einsätzen
