Bauleiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für 40 Std.

Du bringst mit:

  • Einen erfolgreichen Abschluss als Rohrleitungsbauer und Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent, arbeitest gerne im Team, im Besitz einer guten Kommunikationsfähigkeit, durchsetzungsfähig und flexibel
  • Erfahrung in der Aufmaß Erstellung, Bauabrechnung in VOB
  • Führungserfahren und hast ein Motivationsgeschick zur Betreuung von mehreren Baustellen gleichzeitig
  • Mindestens einen Führerschein der Klasse B

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Organisation, Durchführung und Überwachung der jeweiligen Baustelle
  • Betreuung und Organisation von Subunternehmen
  • Erstellung und Durchsetzung von Arbeits- & Zeitpläne zur Gewährleistung der Termingerechten Bauausführung
  • Talent in der Personalführung für Baustelleneinsatz sowie Geräteeinsatz
  • Erstellung von Aufmaßen und Objektdokumentation
  • Erfassung anfallender Kosten sowie die Abrechnung der jeweiligen Bauvorhaben
