  • Baupersonals sowie der Subunternehmer Kalkulation und Akquisition von
  • Bauprojekten, Erstellung von Angeboten und Beratung der Kunden zu
  • optimalen technischen Lösungen Organisation und Leitung von
  • Baubesprechungen, Verhandlung von Verträgen und Lösungsfindung bei
  • Konflikten Planung des Personal- und Geräteeinsatzes sowie Betreuung
  • und Anleitung technischer Trainees und jüngerer Bauleiter Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder
  • ähnlicher Abschluss Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Baurecht, der VOB sowie im Vertragsmanagement,
  • in der Kalkulation und im Umgang mit Nachunternehmern Ausgeprägtes
  • unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit
  • und Verhandlungsgeschick Starker Teamgeist, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • und eine eigenständige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise Sicherer Umgang mit
