## Ihre Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung von Bauprojekten im Bereich Infrastruktur- und Ingenieursbau (z. B. Brückenbau, Bahneinschübe, Stahl- und Betonbaukonstruktionen)
- Koordination und Steuerung der Bauausführung vor Ort: technische Abläufe, Termine, Qualität und Budget
- Führung und Einsatzplanung des Baustellenpersonals und der Nachunternehmer
- Enge Abstimmung mit Projektleitung, Behörden, Ingenieurbüros und Bauherren
- Dokumentation des Baufortschritts sowie Mitwirkung beim Nachtrags- und Mängelmanagement
## Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Technikerausbildung oder Meister im Bauwesen
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Bauleitung, idealerweise im Ingenieurbau / Infrastrukturbau – auch engagierte Berufseinsteiger\*innen willkommen
- Technisches Verständnis, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängiger Bausoftware vorteilhaft (z. B. iTWO, MS Project)
