Bereich Umspannwerke

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Baustellenmanagement
  • Personaleinsatzplanung
  • fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des eigenen Personals
  • Steuerung und Überwachung der Nachunternehmer
  • Disposition von Geräten
  • Leitung und Überwachung des Bauablaufes
  • Bau- und Koordinationsbesprechungen
  • Qualitäts- und Kostenkontrolle
  • Aufmaßerstellungen
  • Kalkulation von Nachtragsangeboten
  • technische Beratung der Kunden

### Dein Profil:

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bauingenieurstudium oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung, bspw. zum Bautechniker (m/w/d)
  • bestenfalls bereits Erfahrungen mit Großprojekten im Bereich Umspannwerke
  • Erfahrung mit MS Office und einem gängigen Kalkulationsprogramm
  • Kenntnisse in den relevanten Vorschriften (VOB, BaustellV), Normen und Verordnungen
  • ausgeprägte unternehmerische Denkweise
  • verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • hohes Maß an Empathie und Verhandlungsgeschick
