Das Unternehmen steht für technisches Know-how, kurze Entscheidungswege und ein eingespieltes Team. Für den Standort Berlin wird eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit gesucht, die neben der Bauleitung langfristig unternehmerische Verantwortung übernehmen möchte.

Aufgabengebiet

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Spezialbauprojekten von der Arbeitsvorbereitung bis zur Abnahme
  • -Steuerung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität sowie Führung der eigenen Teams und Nachunternehmer
  • -Zentrale Ansprechperson für Auftraggeber, Planer und Behörden
  • -Unterstützung in Kalkulation, Angebotsbearbeitung und Akquise
  • -Schrittweise Übernahme von Führungsaufgaben mit dem Ziel der Standortleitung bzw. Geschäftsführung
  • -Mitgestaltung der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Standorts

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen (Dipl.-Ing. oder Bachelor)
  • -SIVV-Schein und/oder Qualifikation als Fachbauleiter für die Betoninstandhaltung
  • -Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Hochbau, davon mindestens 3 Jahre in der Betoninstandsetzung
  • -Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kalkulation (BauSU) und Baurecht
  • -Verhandlungsgeschick und souveränes Auftreten
  • -Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, auch in stressigen Situationen
  • -Unternehmerisches Denken und Interesse an weiterführender Verantwortung
