Für ein neues Bauvorhaben im urbanen Raum wird ein Bauleiter (m/w/d) Schlüsselfertigbau gesucht, der die gesamte Umsetzung vor Ort verantwortet, von der Baustelleneinrichtung über die Koordination der Gewerke bis zur schlüsselfertigen Übergabe.

Gesucht wird eine Persönlichkeit mit Überblick, Organisationstalent und Leidenschaft für Bauprojekte, die aktiv zum Erfolg des Projekts beiträgt.

Aufgabengebiet

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Koordination von Bauprojekten im Hochbau
  • -Steuerung und Überwachung der Bauausführung hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Terminen
  • -Führung und Koordination von Nachunternehmern und internen Projektteams
  • -Durchführung von Baubesprechungen sowie Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Behörden und Planern
  • -Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und technischer Standards
  • -Dokumentation und Berichtswesen

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • -Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, idealerweise im Schlüsselfertigbau
  • -Fundierte Kenntnisse in VOB, HOAI und relevanten Bauvorschriften
  • -Organisationsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und wirtschaftliches Denken
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und bauspezifischer Software (z. B. MS Project, BauSU, etc.)
  • -Führerschein Klasse B
