  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und gesetzlichen Vorschriften
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Bauleitung
  • Sicher im Umgang mit Baustelle und Büroorganisation gleichermaßen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise branchenspezifischer Software
  • Führerschein Klasse B
