  • Du übernimmst die eigenständige Leitung der Baustellen in der Wohnungsmodernisierung von der Planung bis zur Abrechnung.
  • Du verantwortest die effiziente Steuerung des Bauablaufs im Einklang mit der Planung und dem Vertrag.
  • Die Vergabe und Koordination sämtlicher Gewerke, Partnerunternehmen und eigener Monteurinnen und Monteuren liegt in deiner Hand.
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung von Terminen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards sicher.
  • Du gewährleistest eine präzise Kostenkontrolle und Abrechnung.
  • Du bringstpraktische Erfahrungen aus der Bauleitung oder handwerklichen Führungspositionen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der Gewerke mit.
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Projektsteuerung und der Koordination von Bauabläufen.
  • Du gehst souverän mit gängigen IT-Systemen um.
  • Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, um unsere Projekte in der Region selbstständig anzufahren.
  • Du verfügst über kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau.
