Wir suchen einen erfahrenen und motivierten Bauleiter/Meister (m/w/d) für den Bereich Sanitär, Heizung und Klimatechnik. Als Bauleiter/Meister werden Sie für die Koordination und Überwachung von Bauprojekten verantwortlich sein, um sicherzustellen, dass diese termingerecht, qualitativ hochwertig und im Rahmen des vorgegebenen Budgets durchgeführt werden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führung und Koordination von Montageteams auf Baustellen
  • Planung, Organisation und Überwachung von Bauprojekten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen
  • Budgetverantwortung und Kosteneffizienz
  • Personalentwicklung und -führung

Anforderungen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister im Bereich Sanitär, Heizung und Klimatechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Erfahrung in der Bauleitung und Teamführung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Projektplanung und -steuerung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten
  • Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten
