Wir suchen langfristig für unseren Standort in Paderborn zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Bauleiter / Obermonteur im Anlagenbau (m/w/d)

Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche:

  • Eigenständige Koordination und Abwicklung von Projekten auf der Baustelle für die Bereiche Kessel-, Thermalöl- Heißwasser- und Dampferzeugungsanlagen, Abwassertechnik
  • Baustellen-Dokumentation (As-Buildt) und Reklamation fehlerhafter Bauteile sowie Führen der Bautagesberichte
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Projektleiter und internationalen Montageteams
  • Durchführung von regelmäßigen Baubesprechungen und Kundenabnahmen
  • Organisatorische Verantwortung zur termingerechten Fertigstellung und Abwicklung von Projekten
  • Überwachung der Montage und Inbetriebnahme hinsichtlich Qualität, Zeit, Personal- und Materialeinsatz

Anforderungen:

  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im europäischen Ausland, USA, China (bis zu 100%)
  • Technische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbarer Abschluss (Meister oder ähnliches)
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Rohrleitungs- und Anlagenbau
  • Führerschein Klasse B sowie Staplerschein wäre wünschenswert
  • Hohes Verantwortungs- und Kostenbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Genauigkeit
