Bauleiter / Projektleiter Bauausführung (m/w/d)

mit fundierter Bauerfahrung im Bereich Wohnbau – Einfamilienhäuser & Mehrfamilienhäuser

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Organisation, Leitung und Begleitung von Baustellen im Bereich Wohnungsbau
  • Koordination sämtlicher Gewerke auf der Baustelle
  • Tägliche Präsenz auf den Baustellen und praktische Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung
  • Sicherstellung einer normgerechten, wirtschaftlichen und qualitätskonformen Ausführung aller Arbeiten
  • Termin-, Kosten- und Fortschrittskontrolle direkt vor Ort
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Nachverfolgung der Baudokumentation
  • Kommunikation mit Bauherren, Handwerksbetrieben, Behörden und internen Projektpartnern

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen (z. B. Maurermeister, Bautechniker, Bauingenieur oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung auf Baustellen ist Voraussetzung
  • Fundiertes technisches Wissen im Ein- und Mehrfamilienhausbau
  • Fähigkeit, Baupläne zu lesen, zu verstehen und umzusetzen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit VOB und geltenden Bauvorschriften
  • MS Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verlässlichkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Bodenständige Persönlichkeit mit natürlicher Autorität auf der Baustelle
