## Sie bringen mit:

  • abgeschlossenes Studium Bauingenieurwesen (oder einer vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Erfahrung im Trockenbau und schlüsselfertigem Innenausbau
  • gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • fundierte Kenntnisse zeitgemäßer EDV-Programme
  • sicheres Auftreten und sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägte Eigenmotivation
  • selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von anspruchsvollen Projekten
  • Teamfähigkeit

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Projektmanagement Innenausbau für unsere Bauprojekte in Nordrhein Westfalen (von Kalkulation und Arbeitsvorbereitung über die Ausführung bis zur Abrechnung)
  • Zeit- und Kostenplanung der verantworteten Projekte
  • Ansprechpartner für Zulieferer, Nachunternehmer und Auftraggeber
  • Ausarbeitung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Verträgen
  • Überwachung der Projekte hinsichtlich Einhaltung der Kosten, Termine und Qualität
