MERO-TSK ist ein weltweit tätiges Unternehmen, das hoch komplexe moderne Architektur im Stahlhochbau, Glas- und Fassadenbau, sowie flexible Systeme im Raumausbau, der Airport-Technik und innovative Ausstellungssysteme realisiert. Für unseren Produktbereiche Bausysteme am Standort Würzburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Bauleiter/Richtmeister für die Auftragsabwicklung anspruchsvoller Stahl- und Glasbau- bzw. Fassadenbauprojekte im In- und Ausland.

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung von Montageplanungen und Montageanweisungen für unsere Stahl-Glas-Konstruktionen
  • Überwachung und Koordination der Montagarbeiten für unsere internationalen Objekte
  • Organisation und Teilnahme an Baustellenmeetings
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Planungsunterlagen und deren Umsetzung
  • Steuerung und Kontrolle von Kosten, Terminen und der Qualität auf der Baustelle
  • Sicherstellen des Montagefortschritts gemäß Planung
  • Berichtswesen und Kontakt zu unserer Zentrale in Würzburg

### Dein Profil:

  • Abschluss als Stahlbautechniker/in / Stahlbauschlosser/in oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie langjährige Erfahrung in Montage von Fassaden-, Glas- und Stahlbauelementen
  • Wünschenswert wäre eine bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von internationalen Montageteams
  • Teamfähigkeit, Teamleiterqualitäten, hohe Belastbarkeit und Reisebereitschaft
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gültige Qualifikation für Schweißaufsicht von Vorteil
  • Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse 3 bzw. B/B1 C1/C1E
