Im Zuge der anfallenden Projekte sucht unser Mandant einen Bauleiter Rohbau (m/w/d) für den Standort Frankfurt am Main/ Rhein-Main-Gebiet. Es erwartet Sie ein unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag im Rahmen einer Direktvermittlung, ein attraktives Vergütungsmodell und ein verantwortungsvolles Aufgabengebiet mit gutem Betriebsklima.

  • Aufgabe:
  • Verantwortung für die Bauleitung im Bereich Rohbau
  • Planung, Organisation und Überwachung von Bauprojekten
  • Koordination und Führung des Bauteams
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätsstandards
  • Bauablaufplanung und -optimierung
  • Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern, Subunternehmern und Behörden
  • Qualitätskontrolle und Mängelbeseitigung
  • Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltstandards
  • Qualifikation:
  • Abgeschlossenes Bauingenieur- oder vergleichbares Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, vorzugsweise im Rohbau
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bauablaufplanung und Baumanagement
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sicherer Umgang mit relevanten Baurechtlichen Vorschriften
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und hohe Belastbarkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
