Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unsere Baustellen im Großraum München für den Bereich Rohrleitungs-/Netzbau bzw. Industrie- & Energietechnik einen dynamischen und engagierten

### Bauleiter (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Arbeitsvorbereitung von anspruchsvollen Projekten
  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Projektabwicklung mit Termin-, Leistungs- und Kostenkontrolle
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Personal-, Geräte- und Nachunternehmereinsätzen
  • Aufmaß und Abrechnung
  • Claim-Management

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen bzw. Ausbildung zum Techniker, idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung
  • Selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kundenorientiertes, technisches und wirtschaftliches Denken
  • Organisations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
