Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort in Vollzeit (40h/ Woche) eine engagierte Verstärkung in der Position Bauleiter für Straßen- und Tiefbau (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Personalführung (u.a. fachliche Anleitung, Arbeitsorganisation)
  • Personal- und Gerätedisposition, Materialbedarfsmanagement
  • Koordination, Planung, Leitung und Abschluss von Projekten/ Bauvorhaben
  • Detaillierte Projektprüfung zur zeitlichen Planung der Ergebnisse und Kostenschätzung
  • Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung in Vorbereitung für die Angebotsabgabe (inkl. Nachträge)
  • Angebotseinholung, Vor- und Nachkalkulation, Qualitätssicherung
  • Ausführung von Einmessungen und Aufmaßleistungen
  • Kompetenter und fachlich versierter Umgang mit Bauherren und Auftraggebern, als auch dem Team
  • Lesen und Umsetzen von Ausführungsplänen und Zeichnungen

Das bringen Sie mit:

Fachlich:

  • Erfolgreiche Ausbildung als Straßenbauer (m/w/d) und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Führungsverantwortung oder erfolgreiche Fortbildung zum Techniker / Wirtschafter / Meister oder vergleichbar
  • Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B
  • Sichere Anwendung von MS-Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Führungsfähigkeit und Zielstrebigkeit
  • selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
  • Kommunikation ist Ihnen wichtig
