Im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren Kunden, einem Partner für die Abwicklung von industriellen, gewerblichen und öffentlichen Bau- und Anlagenbauprojekten mit dem Fokus auf Hoch- und Tiefbau, mechanischen und elektrotechnischen Montagen, einen erfahrenen Bauleiter TGA (m/w/d).

  • Aufgabe:
  • Leitung und Steuerung der TGA-Gewerke auf der Baustelle
  • Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Planungsteam, Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern
  • Führung von Mitarbeitenden und Subunternehmern
  • Abnahmen, Mängelmanagement und Dokumentation
  • Qualifikation:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich HKLS, Techniker/Meister oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in TGA-Projekten
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office, idealerweise RIB iTWO und AutoCAD
  • Sicher in Normen und Vorschriften (VOB/BGB)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
