Wenn auf der Baustelle mal nichts nach Plan läuft, zeigt sich, wer die Ruhe bewahrt und weitermacht — bei uns bist du das. Als Bauleiter (m/w/d) übernimmst du Projekte in eigener Verantwortung, von der Kalkulation bis zur Übergabe, und triffst die Entscheidungen selbst, statt sie nur umzusetzen.

Das erwartet dich

  • Du leitest Tief- und Leitungsbauprojekte eigenverantwortlich, mit höchstem Qualitätsanspruch an die Ausführung
  • Bauablauf organisieren, Personal, Material und Geräte disponieren, Nachunternehmer koordinieren — bei dir laufen alle Fäden zusammen
  • Kalkulation und Angebotsbearbeitung gehören genauso zu deinem Job wie Kundenpflege und Akquise neuer Projekte
  • Wenn's auf der Baustelle mal klemmt, bist du die Person, die eine Lösung findet, nicht nur das Problem meldet

Das bringst du mit

  • Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung
  • Umfassende VOB-Kenntnisse
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und einen klaren Blick fürs Ziel
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamgeist und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung auch dann zu übernehmen, wenn's mal eng wird
  • Freude am Bau und Lust, dich weiterzuentwickeln
