## Aufgabengebiet

  • Eigenständige Leitung und Überwachung von Tiefbauprojekten
  • Planung, Organisation und Abwicklung von Tiefbauarbeiten (Erdarbeiten, Leitungsbau, Entwässerung, Verkehrsflächen)
  • Sicherstellung der termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechten Umsetzung der Baustellen
  • Aufmaß, Abrechnung der Tiefbauleistungen und Erstellung von Nachträgen
  • Abstimmungen mit Auftraggebern und Projektbeteiligten
  • Umsetzung der Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltschutzvorgaben

## Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bauwesen, z. B. Bauingenieurwesen, Tiefbau, Bautechniker, Polier/Meister (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Tiefbau sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Baustellenorganisation und Arbeitsvorbereitung wünschenswert
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamführungskompetenz
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und wirtschaftliches Denken
