Zur Vervollständigung unseres Teams am Standort Rodewisch suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Bauleiter Tiefbau (m/w/d)

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • abgeschlossenes Studium im Fach Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • sicheres Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Leistungsbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
  • Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter im Tiefbau (m/w/d) ist von Vorteil
  • gern fördern wir auch geeignete Berufseinsteiger

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Organisation und Leitung von Bauvorhaben
  • Beaufsichtigung, Koordination und Betreuung von Baustellen hinsichtlich des Personal- und Geräteeinsatzes
  • Bauablauf- und Baustellenergebniskontrolle
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien
  • Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern und Lieferanten
