Aufgabengebiet

  • Mitwirkung bei Planung, Ausschreibung und Vergabe von versorgungstechnischen Gewerken
  • Bauleitung und Steuerung der Ausbauphase im Bereich Versorgungstechnik
  • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Bauabläufen
  • Steuerung und Kontrolle von Nachunternehmerleistungen
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen sowie Begleitung von Bauabnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei der erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme gebäudetechnischer Anlagen

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation als Meister bzw. Techniker (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung im Bereich gebäudetechnischer bzw. versorgungstechnischer Anlagen
  • Ergebnis- und kostenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und ausgeprägtes Engagement
  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Strukturierte Herangehensweise sowie Organisationstalent
