*Ihre Aufgaben *

  • Überwachung und Koordination der Bauausführung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Bauplänen, Terminen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Führung und Anleitung des Baustellenteams
  • Kommunikation mit dem Projektteam, Auftraggebern und anderen Beteiligten
  • Durchführung von Baubesprechungen und Baustellenbegehungen
  • Dokumentation des Baufortschritts und Erstellung von Berichten
  • Einhaltung und Überwachung von Sicherheitsvorschriften

*Ihre Expertise *

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bau- und Vertragsrecht
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Organisationsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Bau-Software
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
