Wir suchen einen Bauleiter im Hochbau – ab sofort!

Unser Bauunternehmen ist seit vielen Jahren erfolgreich im Hochbau tätig und realisiert unterschiedlichste Projekte im privaten, gewerblichen und öffentlichen Bereich. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit für die Bauleitung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Organisation, Steuerung und Überwachung von Hochbauprojekten
  • Koordination der Bauabläufe sowie der beteiligten Gewerke und Subunternehmer
  • Qualitätssicherung und Einhaltung von Terminen, Kosten und Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern, Architekten, Fachplanern und Behörden
  • Führung von Baustellenpersonal und Erstellung von Bautagesberichten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen, idealerweise als Bautechniker, Meister oder Bauingenieur (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Software (MS Office, ggf. Bau-Planungssoftware)
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationstalent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
