### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Bauabwicklung und Materialdisposition unserer Eisspeicher-Projekte inkl. Dokumentation von Bauablauf und Fortschritt
  • Bauleitung der Anlage vor Ort mit allen Terminen, Baubesprechungen, Projekt Jour fix
  • Koordination und Führung von internen und externen Teams, einschließlich Fremdfirmen und Lieferanten, zur termingerechten Fertigstellung der Bauvorhaben.
  • Kommunikation mit Teammitgliedern, Partnern und Kunden in jeder Projektphase und
  • Koordination des Ablauf zwischen Schnittstellen der Auslegung und Ausführung
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und Herstellern
  • Leitung der Abwicklung für Deinem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Kostenoptimierte und termintreue Baustellenabwicklung

### Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker, Ingenieur HLKS, idealerweise mit technischer Berufsausbildung
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter TGA / Heizung/Kälte oder Rohrleitungsbau
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Schweißtechnik mit Prüfung WIG
  • Kenntnisse der VOB/B, MS Project
  • Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Hohes Maß an Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
