BAULEITUNG ROHBAU (M/W/D)

IHRE AUFGABEN – HERAUSFORDERND UND ABWECHSLUNGSREICH

  • Verantwortliche und selbstständige Baustellenablaufplanung,
  • Steuerung und Überwachung von anspruchsvollen Bauvorhaben im Roh- und Ingenieurbau. Sie tragen damit in der Ausführungsphase die technische, terminliche, qualitative und wirtschaftliche Verantwortung für Ihre Baustelle
  • Verhandlung und Vergabe von Nachunternehmerleistungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Zentraleinkauf
  • Koordination und Überwachung der Nachunternehmerleistungen
  • Laufende Beratung und Betreuung des Auftraggebers, Leitung der Baubesprechungen
  • Erstellung der internen Leistungsmeldungen und Abrechnung der Bauleistungen

IHR PROFIL – IHRE ERFAHRUNG TRIFFT AUF EIN MOTIVIERTES TEAM

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauwesen oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse
  • Umfassende Berufserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Wirtschaftliches Denken und unternehmerisches Geschick
  • Kompetenz in der Mitarbeiterführung, Zielorientierung und Durchsetzungskraft
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit bauspezifischen EDV-Anwendungen, Erfahrungen mit ARRIBA/iTWO sind von Vorteil
