Einleitung:

Im Rahmen großskaliger Bauvorhaben im Bereich linearer Infrastruktur wird die Einhaltung aller genehmigungsrelevanten Anforderungen aus den Planfeststellungsbeschlüssen sichergestellt. Die Position verantwortet die strukturierte Steuerung und Nachverfolgung sämtlicher Auflagen sowie die Abstimmung zwischen Bauausführung, Behörden und weiteren Projektbeteiligten.

Aufgaben:

  • Steuerung und Nachverfolgung aller genehmigungsrelevanten Auflagen aus Planfeststellungsbeschlüssen in der Bauphase
  • Führung und Pflege des Auflagenkatasters inklusive Dokumentation des Erfüllungsstands
  • Koordination zwischen Bauunternehmen, Bauüberwachung, Auftraggeber und Genehmigungsbehörden
  • Prüfung, Bewertung und Aufbereitung von Nachweisen zur Erfüllung behördlicher Auflagen
  • Proaktive Beratung der Projektbeteiligten zur Einhaltung gesetzlicher Anforderungen und Fristen

Profil:

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Genehmigungsmanagement mit Fokus auf Planfeststellungsverfahren oder vergleichbare Infrastrukturprojekte
  • Erfahrung in der Rolle als Genehmigungs- oder Auflagenmanager (m/w/d) in der Bauphase
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter gesetzlicher Grundlagen (u. a. PFV, BauGB)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Abstimmung mit Behörden
