Wir sind ein leistungsstarkes Bauunternehmen im Hoch- und Tiefbau und realisieren anspruchsvolle Bauprojekte in den Bereichen Wohnungsbau, Gewerbebau sowie Infrastruktur. Qualität, Termintreue und wirtschaftliche Lösungen stehen bei uns im Mittelpunkt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanungen im Hoch- und Tiefbau
  • Entwicklung technischer Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung von Wirtschaftlichkeit und Umsetzbarkeit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Bauleitung, Projektleitung und externen Fachplanern
  • Koordination und Abstimmung von Planungsprozessen
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Ausschreibungsunterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei der Arbeitsvorbereitung und Bauablaufplanung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Baustellenbetreuung und Qualitätssicherung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, in der Architektur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauplanung, idealerweise im Hoch- und/oder Tiefbau
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Software (z. B. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit von Vorteil)
  • Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen, Richtlinien und technischen Regelwerke
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke
