  • Dein Arbeitsplatz ist vollständig mobil organisiert. Für die Betreuung der Filialstandorte ist ein Wohnort in Rheinland-Pfalz von Vorteil
  • Als Senior Manager Store Construction bist Du für die eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Filialbaumaßnahmen in Deutschland, den Niederlanden und Österreich zuständig
  • Beurteilung der baulichen und technischen Gegebenheiten vor Ort im Rahmen der Filialanmietungen
  • Erstellung von Bauprojektplanungen und Baukostenkalkulationen
  • Koordinierung und Einhaltung von Fertigstellungsterminen
  • Beauftragung, Steuerung und Abrechnung von Bauleistungen
  • Parallele Realisierung mehrerer Filialbaumaßnahmen inkl. Dokumentation der Endabnahmen sowie Projektrevisionen
  • Übernahme und Übergabe von Mietflächen
  • Das bringst Du mit
  • Eine Meister-/Technikerausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauwesen
  • Berufserfahrung als Projekt- bzw. Bauleiter
  • Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches und kaufmännisches Denken
  • Eine hohe Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Eine gewissenhafte, lösungsorientierte sowie selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Eine hohe Reisebereitschaft
