Meine Aufgaben:

  • Planung, Kalkulation, Steuerung und Dokumentation von Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekten im Rechenzentrum
  • Koordination von Architekten, Behörden, Lieferanten und weiteren Fachplanern
  • Bauüberwachung, Abnahme und Qualitätssicherung
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsplanungen, Baustelleneinrichtungs- und Logistikplänen
  • Projektmanagement sowie Steuerung und Kontrolle der beteiligten Gewerke
  • Sicherstellung von Terminen, Kosten, Qualität und relevanten Vorschriften
  • Unterstützung bei Angebots- und Ausführungsphasen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Organisationsstrukturen
  • Gegebenenfalls Übernahme einer Rufbereitschaft

Mein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, staatlich geprüfter Techniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • min 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Bauprojekten
  • Erfahrung im Rechenzentrumsumfeld ist wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in relevanten Normen und Vorschriften, z. B. DIN, HOAI und VOB
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in CAD, MS Visio oder OpenProject von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke sowie unternehmerisches Denken
  • Führerschein
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
