Hauptaufgaben

  • Kundenbetreuung: Fachkundige Beratung der Kundschaft, Aufmaßnahme vor Ort und Erstellung von Farb- und Gestaltungskonzepten.
  • Kalkulation & Abrechnung: Erstellung von Angeboten, Ausschreibungsunterlagen, Materialbedarfsberechnungen sowie die fachgerechte Rechnungsstellung.
  • Baustellenleitung: Organisation, Überwachung und Koordination der Baustellen in Bezug auf Qualität, Termine und Budget.
  • Mitarbeiterführung: Anleitung von Gesellen, Einteilung des Personals und die fachgerechte Ausbildung von Auszubildenden.
  • Fachgerechte Ausführung: Eigenständige Durchführung komplexer und anspruchsvoller Maler-, Tapezier- und Lackierarbeiten sowie Spezialtechniken.

Anforderungsprofil (Qualifikationen)

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgelegte Meisterprüfung im Maler- und Lackiererhandwerk (oder gleichwertiger Abschluss,
  • Fachwissen: Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Untergrundvorbereitung, modernen Maltechniken, Wärmedämm-Verbundsystemen (WDVS) und im Bautenschutz.
  • Führungskompetenz: Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationsgeschick.
  • EDV-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit branchenüblicher Software zur Angebotserstellung und Abrechnung sowie MS Office.
  • Fahrerlaubnis: Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B (PKW/Transporter
